You can tell us to stop sharing your personal information with partner casinos, right here, without signing in and without giving us your email. Use the control below. It takes effect immediately.
What We Actually Share
Partner casinos pay us. Some of what they get back is information about you, at a level of detail that identifies you personally. California law calls that a “sale or share” whether or not money changes hands for your data specifically, so we treat it as one. Concretely, a partner casino can see:
- Your name and email address, for casinos you saved or visited, if you turned on personalized offers. Alongside it: how many times you have visited and whether you said you would return.
- Your players-card number, plus your name and email, for a casino you gave that card number for, if you turned on card sharing.
Separately, and regardless of these settings, partners see anonymized rows: a per-casino pseudonym (“Visitor #4f2a...”) with no name, no email, and no card number. Opting out does not delete those, and they are not a sale of personal information. If you want your data deleted rather than un-shared, that is a different right: contact us.
What Opting Out Does
Opting out closes both doors above. Your name, email, and players-card number stop reaching partner casinos through Gambler's Atlas. You keep your account, your saved casinos, your trip log, and your cards: nothing is deleted, and we do not degrade the site or charge you differently for opting out.
Two honest limits. First, we cannot claw back what a casino already received before you opted out: they hold their own records. Second, if you hand your players card to a casino at their desk, that is you and them, and no setting here touches it.
Your Choice
You are not opted out. Your personal information may be shared with partner casinos.

You do not need an account to opt out, and we will not ask you to make one. Signing in only matters if you want the choice to follow you across browsers and devices. Sign in.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out, the same as using the control above. You do not need to do both.

The switch above is deliberately all-or-nothing.
