1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gambler's Atlas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Gambler's Atlas is an informational directory of casinos worldwide, covering gaming floors, hours, table rules, poker rooms, sportsbooks, dining, and nearby hotels. It also includes an interactive map, location-based search, editorial content, user reviews, and community reporting tools. Registered users get a personal hub for trips, gambling sessions, chip collections, wishlists, and saved promo codes. Casino operators manage their listings, contracts, promotions, and billing through organization accounts. Information is provided for reference only and may not reflect current real-world conditions.

3. Accuracy of Information

We keep casino information current through partner-managed listings, periodic verification, and community reporting. A verified listing shows a “Verified” badge with a date, and you can expand it to see when each section was last confirmed and by whom; a listing we have never verified shows no badge. Even so, we make no warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information. Hours, table minimums, and other operational details change often, so always verify directly with the casino before visiting.

4. Age Requirement

Gambler's Atlas is intended for users aged 21 and older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). By using this Service you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement. This site does not facilitate or encourage illegal gambling.

5. Accounts

You can browse without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for everything done under it, and for providing accurate details and keeping them current. Do not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits or moderation. Content you save to your hub, such as trip logs, gambling sessions, chip collections, and tax documents, is for your own reference; we make no warranty that it is suitable for tax, accounting, or legal purposes. You may download your data or delete your account at any time from your hub profile. Deletion removes your hub content and scrubs your personal details; reviews you posted stay up with your name removed, and a ban on your email, phone, or IP survives it. 6. User-Submitted Content

The Service allows you to submit content in several forms, including reviews, data corrections, issue flags, and casino suggestions. By submitting any content, you grant Gambler's Atlas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, use, and moderate that content on the Service. You represent that your submission is truthful, does not infringe any third-party rights, and is not defamatory, abusive, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion without notice.

Casino suggestions submitted through our “Suggest a Casino” form are treated as editorial tips, not guaranteed additions. We review all submissions and reserve the right to decline, modify, or delay the addition of any suggested property.

7. Geolocation

Certain features of the Service, including the “Near Me” casino search, may request access to your device's geolocation through your browser's permission system. Granting location access is entirely voluntary. Your location data is processed locally in your browser to filter results and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Denying geolocation access does not restrict access to any other part of the Service.

8. Organizations & Partner Program

Casino operators manage their listings through an organization account. An organization can group one or more casinos, invite team members with defined roles, sign contracts, run promotions, and redeem promo codes at the desk. Access is granted by invitation or by an administrator; there is no standalone partner password login. Organizations agree to provide accurate, current information about their properties and to comply with the contract terms and billing rates agreed during onboarding.

Billing combines cost-per-click referrals, flat fees, and performance events (such as promo-code redemptions and confirmed visits), rolled up into monthly invoices payable through Stripe. Accounts and contracts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke organization or partner status for any violation of these terms or for submission of materially false information.

9. Promotions & Promo Codes

Casinos and organizations may publish promotions and promo codes through the Service. Promotions are offered by the operator, not by Gambler's Atlas. We do not guarantee that any promotion will be honored, and terms, eligibility, and availability are set by the operator and may change or end at any time. Saving a promo code does not reserve or guarantee the offer. Always confirm the current terms with the casino before relying on them.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Scraping or bulk downloading of content without written permission
• Submitting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or casino suggestions
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Artificially inflating click counts, redemptions, or otherwise manipulating partner analytics or billing
• Accessing accounts, organization data, or admin areas you are not authorized to use

11. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Sites

The Service contains links to third-party booking platforms and casino websites. These links may be affiliate links through which we earn a commission or referral fee. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Gambler's Atlas is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information provided. In no event shall our liability exceed $100.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
